4. After-sale Service
Before arrival of the equipment, technical service personnel shall be assigned to conduct on-site commissioning, maintenance services, provide guidance on commissioning, operation and maintenance of the equipment, and be responsible for technical training of the equipment operation and maintenance personnel on the demand side. Within 12 months from the date of arrival of the equipment, if the equipment is damaged due to the bad quality and the equipment cannot work properly, the manufacturer will give it repair or replacement free of charge if the equipment is in compliance with the rules of use, normal operation of the equipment and within 12 months from the date of arrival of the equipment.
